After several disappointing attempts at hiring the right sales staff through traditional recruitment methods, I approached Employment Office. They put together a campaign within 24 hours for a Telemarketing Sales Consultant. I started receiving applications from Day 1 and after a brief run through of the Candidate Management System I was able to quickly grade each applicant and arrange several interviews. I received 78 applications within a fortnight and closed the campaign early as I was able to appoint an applicant to the role.
